IF YOU'D LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE OF THE USA, IT WILL COST A LOT FOR DELIVERY AND
WE ARE NOT RECOMMENDING IT.
HOW MUCH SHIPPING COST
$4.95 for orders under $39 and FREE for orders of $39 or more - Your order will usually be delivered between 2-5 working days via USPS. The package will come directly from SOXESSORY in Seattle, WA to your door.
RETURNS: To return an unwanted item for a refund please return in saleable condition with the completed exchange and returns form within 120 days. Please be aware, personalized products such as monogrammed socks, fall outside our standard returns policy. Orders placed before 12 noon (US PACIFIC time) will be dispatched the same working day.
- Your order will usually be delivered by USPS within 2-5 working days.
- SOXESSORY will pay the any additional charges for your delivery, so the the price you pay at the checkout is the total cost to you.
- Taxes will be charged to residents of different states accordingly.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope that you are completely happy with your new socks, however, if you aren't, there's no need to worry.
Exchanging or returning your order is quick and easy and you have 120 days to do this in.
Returns are FREE OF CHARGE. Please login to your account where you will be able to request for a return and generate a return label. to return your order back to SOXESSORY all you have to do is print that UPS label from your account and take it to your local UPS facility.
Once your return has been received a quality control check will be completed and your refund will be issued.
Your refund will include the original cost of the item in addition to the cost of the postage you paid to have your order delivered in the first instance.
LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Once 120 days pass, we are offering lifetime replacement warranty. No matter when or under what circumstances your socks get damaged, we are willing to give you an option of exchanging damaged item(s) for a new one. If for some reason we are out of stock on your model, we will offer you something similar. You can only do this exchange once per purchase.
Unused items qualify for exchange. Any time you want to exchange, just let us know.
